Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Searchange, a service operated by Tetriz s.r.o. ("Tetriz", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the service or publishing a website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

Searchange lets a Google Search Console user connect verified properties, choose which websites to publish, and compare their aggregate organic clicks in a public leaderboard. Google sign-in creates a Searchange account so the user can manage those websites. The account also provides a free private vertical benchmark for qualifying reviewed core SaaS sites and a deterministic first-party report for every listed website. New paid AI reports are paused. Historical purchases remain subject to their original one-time terms and do not become subscriptions.

3. Connecting and publishing a website

You may publish a property only if:

• You control it or have the owner's permission to act for it.
• Your Google Search Console account has a verified permission level for it.
• Your use of the service and the submitted property complies with applicable law.

You choose the properties to publish. By publishing one, you authorize us to retrieve, store, refresh, rank, and publicly display its domain, public metadata, reporting period, and aggregate click total for the purpose of operating Searchange.

You also authorize us to use the selected website's domain, public description, aggregate metrics, and latest current and previous page-level totals to create its free private vertical benchmark and deterministic page priorities. Individual peer identities and Search Console query text are not supplied to a report.

4. Deterministic reports and historical purchases

Free reports are generated deterministically from verified Search Console data and privacy-thresholded anonymous aggregates. New one-time AI report purchases are paused. Reports completed under the earlier $9 USD one-time offer remain available for their stated Search Console snapshot and do not become subscriptions.

This release does not crawl public pages or call an AI model. Existing payment, invoice, receipt, support, and refund rights remain unaffected. Incomplete historical purchases may be taken to support for review or refund.

5. Read-only Google access

Searchange requests read-only Google Search Console permission. We do not use that permission to edit your website, Search Console configuration, users, sitemaps, or other Google data. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.

6. Public listing and limited licence

You grant Tetriz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display the selected website's name, domain, public description, favicon, and aggregate click metrics only as needed to operate and promote the leaderboard. You retain all rights in your website and brand. This licence ends when the listing is removed, except for reasonable backups or records required by law.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Publish a property without authority or impersonate another owner.
• Manipulate, falsify, scrape abusively, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
• Use the service to violate law, third-party rights, or Google's terms.
• Attempt to access another user's credentials or non-public data.

We may remove listings or restrict use when reasonably necessary to protect the service.

9. Accuracy and availability

Search Console data can be delayed, revised, incomplete, or affected by Google's reporting rules. Website descriptions and favicons come from public sources and may be outdated. Rankings, scores, estimated opportunities, and AI suggestions are informational, not an audit, professional advice, valuation, traffic forecast, or guarantee of business performance. Review recommendations before acting on them. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service.

10. Third-party services

The service depends on Google, Vercel, Vercel AI Gateway and its model providers, Stripe, Supabase, Plausible, and other third-party services. Their own terms and policies apply to their products. Searchange is independent of and is not endorsed by Google.

11. Intellectual property

Except for third-party names, marks, and content, Tetriz owns the service, its software, design, and branding. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Searchange or any participant's website or brand.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Tetriz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to mandatory protections that apply where you live. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will resolve disputes that cannot be settled informally.

14. Changes and contact
